This is a starting template, not legal advice. Fill in the orange parts and have it checked before you sell, especially the refund rules, which depend on where you and your buyers live.
1. Who we are
Agar Sandbox ("the software") is sold by your legal name or business name, based in your country / state. You can reach us through the Contact page.
2. Your license
When you buy Agar Sandbox you get a personal, non-transferable license to install and use it on your own computers. You don't own the software itself. You may not:
- share, sell or give away your license key;
- copy, resell or redistribute the software or its files;
- reverse engineer, crack or remove the license check.
3. License keys
Your key is sent by email and shown after purchase. Keep it private. We may deactivate a key that has been shared, sold, posted publicly or used to break these terms. A deactivated key is not refunded.
4. How you use it
Agar Sandbox is for practice on servers that run on your own computer. Don't use it to break the rules of any other game or website. You're responsible for how you use it.
5. Refunds
Write your refund rule, for example: refunds within 14 days of purchase if the software doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it. To ask for a refund, contact us with your purchase email.
6. Updates
We may release updates that add, change or remove features. Free updates are included with your purchase for as long as we keep making them.
7. No affiliation
Agar Sandbox is an independent project. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Agar.io / Miniclip, Sigmally, or senpa.io. Those names belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the software works with.
8. No warranty
The software is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well but can't promise it will be free of bugs or work on every computer. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
